Background

Dolores “Dee” Leh joined The Normandy Group in 1996. Over the past 23 years she continues to manage the following core areas of responsibility:

  • Developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Storing, retrieving and integrating information for dissemination to staff and clients.

Dee also has compliance reporting responsibilities for the firm and to the State of Colorado.

Dee earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College in PA in 1981. She is a notary public.

Prior to working with The Normandy Group, she worked as a Lamp and Accessory Buyer for Weberg Furniture and as a Neckwear and Dress shirt buyer for The Denver Dry Goods.

Dee is passionate about giving back to the Littleton community. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Littleton, CO. She also serves as the secretary for the Littleton Rotary Foundation.

Dee has been married for 34 years and is the proud mother of two children.
